Your privacy is important to us. It is Luarzito's policy to be fully transparent regarding the data we collect and process, both when using the Discord bot and on our website/dashboard.
1. Collected Data
Luarzito collects and stores the following data to ensure its features work properly:
- Identifiers: Your Discord user ID, server IDs, and channel IDs where the bot is used.
- Usage and Interaction Information: Messages sent in servers (only for XP calculation, economy, and logs), game match history, transaction history, and bot balance.
- Voice Sessions: We log the time spent in voice channels and whether the microphone was muted (for the reward system).
- Ticket Transcripts: If a server uses our Ticket system, messages sent in the ticket may be saved in logs accessible by the server administration.
- Web and Security Data: When using our dashboard, we collect your IP Address, browser User-Agent, and a device signature (Fingerprint) for security systems, attack prevention, and ban enforcement.
2. Data Usage
Collected data is used solely to provide bot services (such as leveling up, receiving coins, generating administrative logs, keeping game history and configurations) and to maintain environment security (preventing the use of multiple fake accounts in the economy system).
3. Storage and Sharing
Luarzito stores your data on secure servers. We DO NOT share, sell, or publicly disclose your personal information to third parties, except when required by applicable law.
4. Data Removal
If you wish to have your data permanently deleted from our database, you can request account deletion through our support server.
