By adding the Luarzito bot to your Discord server or using our dashboard, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must remove the bot from your server and discontinue using our services.
1. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Luarzito for malicious activities, including but not limited to: spamming, exploiting bot flaws (bugs), abusing economy commands through automation/macros, or violating Discord's own Terms of Service.
2. Economy and Virtual Items
Any virtual currency (Luarcoins, coins), items, XP levels, or scores acquired within the bot have no real-world monetary value. The Luarzito administration reserves the right to reset balances, remove items, or ban users who use bots or exploits for unfair gain in the economy system.
3. Service Availability
Luarzito is provided "as is". Although we strive to keep the bot online and stable 24/7, we do not offer any absolute guarantee of uptime. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the service, as well as change features at any time, without prior notice.
4. Disclaimer of Liability
The developers of Luarzito are not responsible for any damage, data loss, or issues that may occur on servers where the bot is added. The use of moderation tools (banning, message deletion, logs, etc.) is the sole responsibility of the server administration that configures them.
